If Audioread isn’t processing your content as expected, don’t worry—try these simple troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check for Paywalls or Sign-Ins

Make sure the link you provided isn’t behind a paywall or doesn’t require logging in to access. Audioread cannot process content that is not publicly accessible. More details on paywalls can be found here.

  2. Review Content Length

Audioread has a maximum character limit of 100,000. If your content is longer, break it into smaller chunks before submitting. Here's more info on our character limits.

  3. Verify Language Support

Ensure that the language of your content is supported by Audioread. Unsupported languages may cause the process to fail. Here's the full list of supported languages.

  4. Try Copy-Paste Mode

  5. Contact Technical Support

If none of the above steps solve the issue and you believe you’ve encountered a bug, please reach out to technical support at [email protected].

By following these steps, you can quickly address most Audioread issues and get back to listening to your content.
